How do I manage my storage while outside Hong Kong?

View your stored items in the online member centre, and contact customer service by email at hello@masterexpert.com.hk or WhatsApp 6039 7774 to arrange renewals or deliveries.

Can a friend or relative receive my items on my behalf?

Yes. Simply authorise the arrangement with customer service in advance, and we will deliver to your designated address and hand over to your friend or relative.

Are there discounts for long-term storage?

We offer 3-month and 6-month plans; the 6-month plan has lower monthly rates and suits long-term storage. See the storage box and mini storage pricing pages for details.
