You may be a prospective or existing customer of any other mini box / mini storage provider — simply hold that provider's valid quote or proof of an existing rental agreement.

Rate Match Guidelines
- A valid comparison quote must come from a Hong Kong mini box / mini storage provider and be a written quote or valid proof of a rental agreement.
- A valid comparison quote must be for the same or similar terms: comparable storage size, the same storage term and the same district / area.
- A valid comparison quote must be submitted within one month of being issued and must still be valid.
- Quote comparisons are based on the monthly rent, excluding deposits, administration fees or other surcharges.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- Applies only to door-to-door mini box and mini storage services.
Terms & Conditions
- Limited to first-time registered customers and may be used only once per account.
- Customers must meet our minimum storage term requirement (a storage term of three months or more).
- Storage Master only offers a rate match after price verification; no additional rebates apply.
- If a customer moves out before the committed storage term ends, the discount enjoyed must be repaid.
- In case of any dispute, Storage Master reserves the right of final decision.
